An
EPC is a legal document that provides an asset rating for buildings showing its
energy efficiency assessed in accordance with Government methodology using RDSAP
(Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure) and SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure)
for domestic buildings and SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model) for commercial
buildings.
